Terrible service from Outsurance!

In April 2015 I was involved in a minor car accident where an elderly gentleman (insured with Outsurance) reversed into my car while I was driving past a parking bay. When having the car repaired I was liable to pay R2000 excess for a claim that was NOT MY FAULT in the slightest. I have been promised this money from Outsurance ever since and am frankly tired of waiting. This is very poor service and I would really like to be reimbursed for this incident as it was entirely the other gentleman's fault. Therefore his insurance should be liable, not me!
