Terrible service

I tried to get a quote from them by adding onto the existing policy but the consultant assisting me was terrible in providing a service. I have decided rather to approach a different service provider for the add on. Eventually I shall just take my business somewhere else. They should provide proper training.

Further to our private reply on receipt of your complaint we can confirm that our client care manager Namhla has been in contact with you.

She has audited the call and the service transgressions will be dealt with internally.

She has also assisted with completing the quote.
