Terrible Service and *******

i cancelled my policy with this company to date im am still awaiting my refund after numerous calls and promises. also their agent captured the incorrect cancellation date and im being penalised for this. i asked to listen to the call and spoke to one of their senior agents but again still waiting. thank goodness i changed insurance companies
