TERRIBLE SERVICE
Terrible service, vehicle has been in the Panelbeaters appointed by Outsurance since 08/08/2019 and no further forward with the repairs. Outsurance refused to extend the rental car, now been without a vehicle for two weeks. No completion date in sight. Would not recommend Outsurance to anyone. Maybe if they spent less on Advertising and more on ensuring they have competent suppliers they could deliver on all the promises.
