Terrible service

I believe outsurance has froded me. My late husband had an insurance with them for a car( dodge caliber, 2010). Was insured for R250'000 in case of accidental death. I tried paying for about 2 months after he passed away.

They called the bank that was financing the car and paid where I've left. But when their consultant called me, he said they are going to pay from the month of death.

Now when I called the gentleman whom they said is the head of that department, he gave me his direct landline number to contact him direct. Since November last year 2018 I have nothing tangible from him. I asked for agreement signed by my late husband, they sent me someone else's claim record. I called again and notify the gentleman , he promised to look at it as soon as possible. It was last week , now they don't come back to me and my calls are not answered since Monday 14th January 2018. The gentleman who was a consultant that called me during the time passed on, after paying the car, he never answered my email too, disappeared in thin air.

Please help.
