Terrible service

So I was involved in a accident December 2017 in which repairs was done to my vehicle in which my insurer said it can only go to their preferred dealer Danmark auto body in Booysens and ever since it has been a headache I get messed around from the insurance and panel beater as my vehicle is never done correctly, this is the third time my vehicle is back in and there is still problems funny past is they send me the a outsurance assessor he shows and points out all the faults on the vehicle then apparently another assessor comes along and blames me for a damaged tail light I took my vehicle back for the point work to be repaired properly in March it was never done. I would not even be suspirsed if someone at outsurance is getting a kick back from Danmar these companies service is pathetic no respect for customers or their property I would not want anyone to go through this nightmare of a experience that I did, having a run around and poor service I'm very disappointed and frustrated
