Terrible experience
<p> Outsurance do not want to payout my claim at all. They say i didn't specified items. When they sold me the product i ask them don't we need to specified or send a valuator to specify item of my house insurance for value. They said no need. I ask them for the conversaton tape and only received it in 9days later. My husband was armed ****** on the N1. They took everything he was on his way home from Witbank playing golf with clients. No outsurance say i didnt specified that the golf bag, clubs, laptop, watch, cell phone , wallet and overnight bag is going to be in the vechile. His a consulting rep for our bussiness on the mine's. Please help this was not a nice experience.</p>

During the sales call you did enquire about items inside the home which need to be specified. Our advisor informed you correctly by telling you you don't need to specify your contents items. Our sales advisor furthermore informed you all items will only be covered at the home address and OUT and ABOUT cover needs to be selected in order for cover of items lost or ****** when taken out of the house.
