Terrible customer service.
I have a pet insurance with them. I have paid for the vet bills but to claim it back is another story. First claim i had to keep phoning to follow up. There was no feedback what so ever. Second claim, its been 3 days that i haven't heard anything yet. Really terrible customer service. If this is how you work with pet insurance i don't even want to try your car and home insurance.
