Terrible customer service all round

My wife was involved in a collision, whereby another motor vehicle road into the back of her. The driver was not the owner of the vehicle and did not produce a licence at the scene of the accident.

We were told to claim through their insurance and had to provide a number of documents for this process. We collated all the information and emailed it to the insurance on the 26th Oct 2016.

There was no response until i made contact on the 28th November only to be told the documents have not been received due to the claim number not listed as the header in the email, which is garbage because it was and i resent it, this time directly to the person handling the case. We did not even receive acknowledgment of the email being received, i had to call and ask for this confirmation.

Claim number ********** 40 still no response. Very poor service im afraid.
