terrible and rude service

<p>I have been with outsurance for over 4 years and every year I call to get my premiums re-evaluated and you guys always do such a great job and get my premiums to go down, this year I call and get told infact my premiums need to go up and the lady kindly finds a way to bring it down, but only a meesly R20... so in curiosity I contacted other insurance company's to get quotes and find out that outsurance is the MOST expensive insurance company out there, I could be saving R200 to R300 with any other insurance company. Today I call you to see if you could beat the premium I have and get me a good rate like the other company's, just to be told that you can't help me and if i want to cancel that they will happily transfer me to the cancellation department. What kind of service is that??? You should be willing to help and keep a client happy. In all your media you make it seem like your the best and you'll hand out R800 or what ever it is now if you can't beat a quote.. all such bull****.. please can someone assist in getting lower premiums so I don't have to leave you, you were doing a great job up until this point!!</p>
