Terrible
My car was taken in for 3 weeks period, returned twice not fixed properly , outsurance closed my claim yet I still don't have the car back, I called and 1 *********** lady was telling me it doesn't matter as the people will fix the car, but now what happens if my car gets an accident now that the claim is reported concluded with is not true? Who will be responsible?

18 Jul 2019, 07:30Thank you for the assistance, my car is finally fixed, after I had to choose my own provider but Im happy with the outcome, I got frustrated at first as the communication was on a negative but after I raised it I got the best service from your Claims lady Mpendulo Mthethwa who then came to the party and helped me to my satisfactory after all the frustrations I had, I just dont understand why the money sent for repairs is not a bit more to cover the bank charges when I receive and transfer but nonetheless Im happy now, my car is the way that it was before the accident, thank you guys for frustrating and helping me in the end, i will be recommending you to my family and friends
