Telephonic Service

I called the Outsurance helpline to change my banking details. Angela was one of the most helpful people I have dealt with in a while. She was fantastic, efficient, friendly, helpful, spoke clearly and listened to my requests. She totally understood what I needed, and because she knows the product offering, without being pushy, listed items which I may be interested in. She deserves a medal if this is how she treats all her callers.
