Telephonic quote but no follow up

<p>I sms'ed Outsurance for a vehicle quote as per their Box Office advert. After having to reply a second time on sms, I eventually got the call - reference ********** 8. Unfortunately the call centre agent, Gugulethu, could not better my current premium and thus offered me either R400 cashback or 5 Box Office movies. I opted for the 5 credits and he said he'll e-mail me the link to rate him on Hello Peter as well as further instructions for the credits. I confirmed my e-mail address with him numerous times during the conversation, but up until now, have not received anything from Outsurance. Please could someone follow up. Thanks.</p>
