Telemarketing call from Outsurance!

I was called by the Telemarketers at Outsurance after registering a bond with FNB. At no point did I indicate that I would like to be contacted by Outsurance, and as a listed member on the National Opt-out database I should not be contacted by any agency part of the DMA.<br> <br> My complaint is that either Outsurance is not a member of the DMA or they have a total disregard for the consumers rights. Either way, the conduct of your company is questionable.
