Taricia Gordon - policy number OT*** Company: Outsurance I feel like I have been coherced into taking insurance with Outsurance. The consultant wouldn't allow me time to think about it and advised that if I didn't take the car for assessment or authorize them to debit my account via sms, I wouldn't have to accept the cover... I didn't do any of those things yet outsurance kept debiting my account. I called numerous numbers which I couldn't get through to and when I finally got through to the cancelation department, I received another lecture on staying with outsurance and the whole sales pitch where I wasn't given the opportunity to cancel. If this is how we as consumers are silenced and not given an opportunity to make our own decisions, then I would rather go with another insurer who let's me say no or yes
