Taking advantage of the elderly!!!

Pathetic ***. My retired mother has been a claim free client for more than 5 years, they had a power surge & her smart 3d TV blew. Now the service provider is alleging that a tv that isnt over 5 years old has a faulty backlight! I have TV's older than that with the same brand, that are still functioning. They always allege that you always get something out - I guess this time was a rejected claim.
