Takes your money than states how you are not authorized
My mother had authorized me on her policy and instead they do not want to assist me yet they debit my banking details every month and all I ever wanted was to add another car... Level of confidence in the company has gone out the window...

Thank you for your feedback. We have contacted you to address your concerns. You informed us that you are working shifts and we should call you back next week.
You are noted as contact person on your mom's policy however in order to make changes on a policy, we require either the policy holder or contact person to do a security check. We are dealing with clients confidential information and to ensure we are speaking to the correct person we need to do security checks.
