Takes ages to get a car fixed by their panel beaters

I was in an accident where someone drove into me. I contacted Outsurance as my insurance company to deal with this. The process with them is so slow and the one day the person who was suppose to assist me was not even there. The big issue I have is the panel beaters they use can only assist me after 3 WEEKS. and then the repair will take another 3 weeks. I had a quote that was in line with theirs and the panel beaters had a very good review, but Outsurance does not deal with them Now because I am an outsurance client, I have to be without a vehicle for over 6 weeks. I told the person handling my claim I am unhappy about this, yet they dont care. Be assured, I am looking for alternative insurance company to switch to after this claim has been finished because you just dont care. If you would actually assist me in getting my car fixed quicker, I would reconsider.
