taken for a ride

I joined outsurance after being adviced by a friend that they only provided good service. When I joined I payed R260 a month and was very pleased. After a year I moved and also started working at a new company in a safer area. I picked up the phone to make the needed changes to my policy, and to my surprice they said I would be paying a little more a month, I agreed as I believed they where folowing statistics on there side. My payment was said to be 280. The time came to pay and to my surpise I ended up paying over R300!!! I was frustrated that these changes where not what I agreed to. So I got a quote from a broker in town. He offered me more value for the same amount, full cover!!! As we spoke he told me that what I wasn't even covered for the full value of my car!!! As a first timer taking out insurance I feel that I was ********** by outsurance!! So I gave the go ahead to cancel my outsurance and when they phoned rather asured of themselves I explained my situation.... And then the biggest surprise comes my way. They offer me the full cover at a even higher price!!!!! I felt slapped in the face. Here I am thinking maybe they will beat the offer as they claim on tv they could.
