Sweet and Sour

I submitted a claim and received very good service from ANDREW SMITH. He kept me informed throughout the claims process and concluded the claim in a very short period of time. The reason that I do not give 5 stars is not in light of Andrew's service but rather the fact that the product offering from Outsurance had a surprising downside that I was not aware of.
