Surprisingly good service, considering...

<p>After an accident that occurred over 3 years ago, and the driver at fault without any insurance, I never expected to recover the excess. And even if I did, I would have expected it back then. I won't give 5 stars considering how long ago it happened, however, I have to give credit where it's due for eventually getting back to me. When I subsequently purchased a new vehicle after the accident, I left Outsurance and chose a different Insurance provider. I've even been ignoring their calls (not knowing who was calling me) for what must be the better part of a year, not knowing what they wanted from me. My email address had changed, and the messages I received didn't make sense, considering I was no longer with them. Yet they persisted and never gave up trying to get hold of me, simply to confirm my banking details. And to my surprise, when I eventually answered a call, I received the good news... Nicely done Outsurance. You've paved the way for future business with me once again. For now at least...</p>
