SURPRISED!

Every time I phone Outsurance with a question, update, claim or breakdown they absolutely SURPRISE me. Their service is almost too good to be true. I had a breakdown and needed a tow truck in January 2019 and their phone assistance and keeping me up to date with what was happening was just.....amazing. Then I had to change things on my policy and again, amazing. Just one request.... Your agents need to speak claerly and a little bit slower....sometimes.
