Surpassed Expectations

I was trying to convince Eunice to bring my premium down to R300 and below on the current cover. After she got it down to the best she could, I took a chance and asked her to do something about lowering my access and she asked to hold. I was about to give up when she finally came back to me with the Good News. My access was reduced from R8K down to R3,8K without altering my premium. In fact, my premium was slightly lower than what it was before. Yoooh, what a relief....! <br> I am trully greatfull
