On the 26 May 2015 I was advised to go to an Outsurance Assessment Centre to have my vehicle assessed, I did not know what to expect as this was my first experience. Upon arrival I was taken aback by the warm reception I received from Mr Suren Bunsee. A total transformation took place within my psychology from one of anxiety to calmness. His prompt assistance made my experience a whole easier. Suren Bunsee espoused great maturity and professionalism in addressing my claim. He even went the extra mile by offering a warm beverage, that I greatly appreciated at the time.
