suprise excess refund

In June 2015 I was in a minor vehicle accident. The other driver drove an old van and did not seem to appreciate that it was his bad driving that had caused the accident. <br> <br> I decided to claim from Outsurance and have the damage to my vehicle fixed without going after the other driver. I was very surprised to learn that Outsurance had indeed investigate the accident and were able to recover my excess. <br> <br> I was quite surprised and delighted. Thanks Outsurance
