Superb Service

I dread having to call any call center, but I had to give credit where it is due, I had to make changes to my insurance policy as I was relocating, and some furniture and items had to held in storage while others moved with us to the new property. I called and dealt with Sabelo Solontsi, what an absolute pleasure, he was professional, friendly and unbelievably helpful, when he told me he would call me back that is what he did, not my usual experience with other call centers, I did not have to talk to 10 different people and tell my story 10 times, I only dealt with him and he was super-efficient.
