Today I went online to do a quote with Outsurance for affordable cover and I got a call from the consultant from Outsurance by the name of Elmari, who assisted me. She was very friendly, she really changed my perception of sales consultants, especially insurance agents, she went an extra mile to try and help me, even though she couldn't help me to get a cheaper cover but she really helped me, by giving me not only additional information but also valuable information, which helped me in my quest of getting an affordable cover.
