My Outsurance consultant, Dean Delaney, was incredibly professional and tenacious as well. We were going to opt for pet insurance from another provider, but - using excellent product knowledge and persuasion skills he not only helped us avoid selecting and inferior product, but also helped us understand the pet insurance environment better.
