Namile Ntuli and Nicolene are superstars! I got regular updates and kept informed all the way. I submitted my claim on Monday with serious damage to my car following an accident on Monday, 26th. Yesterday I was informed of approval. A four day turnaround time is an exceptional timeline! I'm sticking it OUT with Outsurance..
