I received 5 star service from Outsurance when my son was in an accident, from alerting on the app for a tow truck to to finalization of the claim. I pressed the alert on the app for a towtruck and within a few minutes i was contacted. I was kept in the loop at all times. It all went smoothly with excellent staff. ... Marthinus, Keith, Tiago.
