I would like to applaud and give thanks to Tebogo Teleko from the claims department( Household). She was simply amazing i needed to claim for my geyser and she made the process to easy her laugh just made my day when i said something funny as i had had a lousy day dealing with my geyser that lingered till i spoke to Tebogo Teleko. A Super professional young lady, who gave me all information i will need, called me to ensure i received the information, and just made me feel super at ease.
