Super impressed!

Hi there, I am not one to normally leave reviews, however I was blown away by my experience this morning. I logged a query on the OUTsurance website and about 5seconds after clicking submit I received a call from Jearndre Bezuidenhout, from outsurance. I was taken away at how fast my quiery was followed up on.

I was even more impressed at what transpired after that. This was my first time that I had made a query for a quotation for insurance and I am some what of a rookie when it comes to knowing exactly what everything means ect. Jeandre was extremely helpful in explaining everything carefully and clearly and where I didn't quite understand something he took the time to explain which really helped me. I was extremely impressed with his competence.

I was thoroughly impressed with 1. the excellent and swift service from OUTsurance following up on my query and 2. from the amazing, helpful and competent service that I received from Jearndre Bezuidenhout.

I thoroughly believe that in the world world we live in today that competent, friendly and helpful service gets look over way to much and as a result of today i most probally will be taking out an insurance with OUTsurnace as well as tell all my friends and family about the amazing experience that I had!
