Super Fast Resolution to my nightmare!!

<p>Exactly a week ago my phone was water damaged and I called Outsurance this past Monday to report, by Tuesday Ray Naidoo came over for an assesment interview and took the damaged phone for evaluation and by Wednesday morning I received the assesment report and a way forward i.e. they were replacing the phone as the damage was too survere. Their phone replacement agency was equally speedy in getting in touch with me and a day and ahalf after paying the access, a new iPhone was delivered to my doorstep. I am really pleased with the service I've received (repeatedly) from Outsurance, thank you!</p>
