Super Excellent Customer Service

Well today the 17th my car broke down on the side of the high way. I contacted Outsurance and to assists me with a towing service with in minutes i had the service agent from outsurance Krenashin Govender contact me with name of the towning service that will contact me shortly to get my location and advised me every step of the way. He continue to contact me until i was found safely and my car had been picked up. What an effortless awesome first time experience with outsurance .
