Sune at Outsurance was super friendly and very helpful. Usually when you take a call from your insurance company you know it's going to be a lengthy process but Sune made it super easy and when I told her my English is not that good she switched over to Afrikaans to make me feel more at ease . I'm very happy with Outsurance and the amazing costumer service .
