Suing me for R80k + for an accident i didnt cause!

On the 7th of Feb last year I was involved in a car accident which consisted of a 3 car pile up. My car happened to be in the middle. I was hit at a huge force from behind causing my car to go screaming forward into the car infront of me. I do not have insurance and on Friday I was given a summons notice to appear in court as I am being sued for R87 odd thousand rand by outsurance because according to you I was the cause of the accident, please explain to me how I caused the accident when my car was dead still and the handbreak was up?????? <br> <br> I find this utterly disgusting and underhanded of outsurance. How the hell do you expect a 22 year old to afford R80 000 + you must be out of your minds. I have been without a car for over a year now because this accident had written off my car completely! If anything you guys need to pay me!<br> <br> I expect valid feedback urgently or else I will take this further and I will fight you in court.
