<p>After submitting all my relevant information to Outsurance to see if I qualify for cash back, I received a call from Des Mosinki. So friendly and helpful. A few hours later a call to let me know it will be paid in the next few days. I really expected to have to be on Outsurances case to get my cash back. I am really impressed. Thanks Des!</p>
