Such a bad company when comes to claims

A car drove into us and only the back of the car is damaged no machnical damage only body outsurence wants to write off the car because they quoting R81000 to fix it and they say the retail value is R77900 Never the less they only gave one quote when asked if we can get better quote from registered and qualified panel beater they refused to do so I mean just to spray the back of the car they charging over R20000 this quote they gave is ridiculous compared with how much damage there is taking into account the car under finance and they want to s**** the car and want us to pay access on top of that so in actual fact we loose money and a car yet this is the people we trusted to cover us I mean I have the car,bike and house with them and you expect better service the refusing to let us get quotes and forcing us to s**** the car this is not right and I'm not willing to do this they need to come up with ways to compramise this is disgusting service. If I could rate them I would rate 0 because there zero effect to help
