Submitted quite a complex and hefty pet insurance claim on a Sunday. By Tuesday the money was in my account. Same thing happened again with a subsequent claim - money in my account in 2 days! Brilliant service. The consultants chase you to resolve and pay claims - NEVER dealt with an insurer like this.
