Sub Standard repair work and blame shifting

I contacted outsurance regarding my sons vehicle which was involved in a attempted theft in Durban. I am based in JHB and have to constantly do follow ups with regards to the vehicle status. It seems the quote for repair done by outsurance and the re-quote done by the repairer is worlds apart and outsurance is by all means trying to repair my vehicle sub standard. They now claim that a new steering cannot be sourced so they will re upholster the old damaged one and that all aircon pipes are missing which was clearly not the case as i have photo proof of pipes being in place prior to the car being towed to their yard. If this is how outsurance deals with repairs to benefit themselves and cut corners when the consumer is involved then im sorry but i will stay very far from them in the future
