Stupidity caused her to insult me!

She was supposed to assess my claim with all information given. She decided not to do so thoroughly. Instead she was extremely rude and aggressive on the phone. She accused me of lying and even said that I was thrown out of my restaurant and home because I didn't pay my rent! She lloked at false docs from the Meyers and fell for their charm. I warned her against it. I have bank statements which can't be falsified to proof her wrong. They did ***** from me! When someone takes your things without your permission it is theft! She insulted Outsurance by so blatandly insulting me. I want her repremanded if not fired. An appology won't surfice because of the intense mishandling of my claim. She didn't speak to my lawyer instead **** about him and she didn't speak to the witness. I am so disgusted in being treated so badly and I am thinking of even taking legal action against her for slander! She did not do a proper investigation of my claim! She is an aggresive easily fooled disgrace to your company! The way she spoke to me and what she said caused me extreme pain! That is why I am only writing this report now.
