Stupid locked her keys in her car - that's me

<p>As above, and I called Outsurance SOS line, where I was assisted by Nella Mabena. She was well spoken, showed real concern to my plight.... I was calling from a nearby shop and therefore she could not stay in contact with me, but invited me to call in on her personal number anytime while I was waiting, to check progress. I did not need to, as my problem was solve within the 45 minutes she estimated. As soon as my car was opened, she called me on my cell, and I noticed that she had called several times in the interim. Awesome!! She's tops!</p>
