Stupendous Team at OutSurance

What a privilege to be able to praise a brilliant team at one of the leading insurance companies. Hendrik Tshabalalah manages an efficient, approachable and highly knowledgable team of consultants. Frank Chuma is my usual "go-to guy" for any policy changes. Frank is such a pleasure to work with. Friendly, corteous, energetic over the phone and highly knowledgable about his products. He goes out of his way to provide the best service. Recently Frank took the initiavite to contact a financial service provider (FSP) directly as the FSP was constantly requesting changes to my policy which was a big frustration on my end. Frank stepped up and spoke directly to the FSP to ascertain exactly how they needed the wording etc to be on the policy. When I'm travelling, Frank ensures to contact me in the most convenient manner for me at that time I also had the pleasure of being assisted by Gavin van Tonder, with whom I had the same level of professionalism I've grown accustomed to. What a stupendous team.
