Struggling to cancel my policy with OUTsurance
So I have been with OUTsurance for over 10 years claim free. My insurance went up with +-R100 every year and this year with over R200. I found more cheaper and affordable insurance and now when I want to cancel their cancellation department is busy and they will call be back but no one does. Then today they put me through again and it just keeps ringing and I get disconnected. Can someone just cancel my policy please.
