Struggling to cancel Funeral Policy

I've been trying to cancel my funeral policy OT ***0 on the App and via numerous emails which all got returned. How difficult can it be to cancel a Policy that has not even begun. I expected a call yesterday from a consultant who tried to convince not to cancel but he never followed through. I have made up my mind and don't need anymore convincing. When I'm in a better position to take up the Policy again , I will do call in . I have found an alternative Policy elsewhere and I can't keep two at this moment especially with the uncer*****y of our economy with this pandemic. I do not want to bite off more than I can chew. Please cancel the Policy with immediate effect, thanks
