storm damage

Storm damage.

We had storm damage in Desember the claim was loaded immediately and they only paid out R18400 and when I got quotations all my quotations was R62000 I sent them all the quotations and requested a call back They are refusing to pay for fixing thr roof as it was not built correct but I didnt build the house and bought it as is and to my knowledge this should be paid to fix and Im not the one responsible to pay it out of my pocket every quote was sent in with photos ons the 28th of Feb and still no feedback I need to fix the house as it cant stay like this
