Stop *****ing money I cancelled my cover
****, I cancelled my cover and the guy didn’t want to take no for an answer and was completely rude he tried to trick me into staying with OUTsurance by telling me changing insurance after buying a car is ******* after a waste of my 12 minutes he agreed to cancel my cover only for premium to be deducted I want my back as I already found another insurance, R2200 with an excess of over R20k in ridiculous regardless of the risk profile it’s nonsense. Give me back my money.
