****** water tap and copper pipe

Woke up on Tuesday(17th Feb 2015)morning with no water available. Thought there was a burst pipe again only to find out that my outside tap and copper pipe was broken off and ******.<br> Outsurance once again came to the party, this was resolved within 1 hour of my call to Justin at the Outsurance call centre. Well done
