****** vehicle claim settlement

My wife's 2013 VW Polo Vivo with just over 4000km on the clock was ******. First vehicle theft claim ever that we submitted. Very professional service from all the staff at OutSurance involved with this matter. Vehicle insured for trade value with a car rental option. Without having to request a rental vehicle OutSurance made the arrangements for us to collect the rental from Avis. Claim for the ****** Vivo was settled 9 days later to our full satisfaction. Excellent service from Mr. Pieter Erwee, the claims assessor, who investigated the matter. He required a lot of details, but we cooperated fully and furnished Mr Erwee with all the required information. I have never heard of a ****** vehicle claim being settled so quickly and efficiently.
