****** AND RECOVERED

A special thanks to Mr Chris Barnard from Outsurance. I can never thank you enough for the recovery of our car. You have no idea what it means to my wife and I.We have acquired this car( Polo sedan) as it's comfortable and most suited for our back problems we suffer in our old age. Almost A year has passed and have not been informed from SAPS vehicle theft unit that my car was recovered. It was lying in their vehicle pound in Isipingo,Durban since May 2019(note ****** and reported on 15/4/2019). I have enquired on numerous occasions with case number, only to be told" no,it is not recovered " and that they will phone me if it is. Being A client of Outsurance,I must commend you on the sterling work you have done by finding my car whilst you were on A special assignment in the SAPS pound.You really walked the extra mile personally with me to locate the car in the pound.Although it was not in good shape to drive away then,it was still worthwhile for me to come the next day to uplift on the flatbed truck. You again helped me even to put the wheels on. When my car was ******,incidentally I was in the process of transferring the old car insurance to this car.I even relayed the theft on around 16/4/19 to the manager which might have been recorded. Will do the transfer as soon I have sold the old car and sort out A few issues Stolshortly.This was A blow and A setback financially to us in this difficult times. Finally I like to say it's people like you who make life brighter for everyone and we are touched by your greatfullness.A million thanks to you and Outsurance.God bless.
